Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of self-examination mode of safety hidden danger in perioperative nursing risk management.Methods A retrospective analysis of 168 cases of surgical treatment in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2014 to December 2015 was made.A total of 84 patients who received surgical treatment from January to December 2014 were set as the control group,and 84 patients who received surgical treatment from January to December 2015 were set as the observation group.The incidence of nursing risk events,total hursing satisfaction,perioperative health education awareness rate and nursing staff safety awareness were compared between the two group.Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 1.19%,lower than 9.52% of the control group,the total nursing satisfaction rate was 96.43%,the awareness rate of perioperative health education was 95.23%,which were higher than 88.10% and 85.71% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the awareness score of safety hazards of nursing staff in the observation group was (25.33±1.52) points,safety hazard management attitude score was(26.51±1.57)points,risk awareness score was(7.98±0.32)points,intention of safety hazard management score was(8.16±0.20)points,positive attitude of nursing work score was(18.30±0.18)points,which were higher than those in control group of (20.54±2.17),(21.74±2.28),(6.56±0.78),(7.42±0.39) and (15.52±1.61) points,with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The self-examination mode of safety risks can reduce the incidence of perioperative nursing risk events,improve patient′ medical experience,improve nursing satisfaction,and improve the level of patients′ health knowledge,enhance the awareness of safety risks of nursing staff,which is worthy of application.
