Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing intervention based on the integration of medical and nursing in the management of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 66 patients with stable COPD in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from October to December 2018 were selected as subjects of study and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,33 cases in each group. The control group was given routine discharge education mode, and the experimental group was given continuous nursing intervention mode of medical and nursing integration on this basis. The patients were followed up for 6 months.Self-management ability,COPD disease assessment test(CAT)score and 6-minute walk test(6MWD)were compared between two groups. Results The scores of self-management ability,CAT and 6MWT in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing intervention of medical and nursing integration in the management of patients with stable COPD can effectively improve the self-care ability of patients, improve the lung function of patients, reduce symptoms, and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of further promotion and application of clinical nursing.
