个性化叙事护理对慢性心力衰竭患者焦虑及抑郁的影响

摘要目的探讨个性化叙事护理对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者焦虑及抑郁的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2021年1月于江西省萍乡市人民医院治疗的70例CHF患者为研究对象，依据护理方案的不同分为对照组（35例）与观察组（35例）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用个性化叙事护理。两组均随访1个月，比较两组的治疗依从性；比较两组入院24 h内、干预1个月后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分。结果干预前，两组的治疗依从性比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预1个月后，两组的治疗依从性高于干预前，且观察组的治疗依从性高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。入院24 h内，两组的SAS、SDS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预1个月后，两组的SAS、SDS评分低于入院24 h内，且观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 CHF患者采用个性化叙事护理有助于提高患者治疗依从性，减轻焦虑及抑郁症状。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of personalized narrative nursing on anxiety and depression in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods From October 2019 to January 2021,70 patients with CHF who were treated in Pingxiang People′s Hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group (35 cases)according to the different nursing plans.In the control group,patients were provided with routine care,and in the observation group,patients were provided with personalized narrative nursing.Both groups of patients were followed up for 1 month，The treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.The selfrating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups within 24 hours of admission and 1 month after intervention were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in treatment compliance between the two groups(P＞0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the treatment compliance of the two groups was higher than before the intervention,the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Within 24 hours of admission,there were no significant difference in SAS or SDS score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the two groups′SAS and SDS scores were lower than within 24 hours of admission,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of personalized narrative nursing for patients with CHF can help improve patient compliance and reduce anxiety and depression symptoms.
