Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of integrated rehabilitation nursing care in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods A total of 68 patients with AMI admitted to Longyan Second Hospital in Fujian Province from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group (34 cases)and the control group (34 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was used conventional nursing care,and the observation group was used integrated medical-nursing combined rehabilitation nursing.The ability of daily living,self-efficacy,negative emotions,adverse events,and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The modified barthel index (MBI)and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores of the two groups patients after the intervention were higher than those before the intervention,the MBI and GSES scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the two groups patients were lower than before the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the total satisfaction with care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of integrated rehabilitation nursing for patients with AMI has obvious effect,which can improve the ability of daily living,self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction,reduce anxiety and depression,and reduce the incidence of adverse events,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
