Abstract：objective To investigate the effect of fast track surgery(FTS)on postoperative rehabilitation and satisfaction of patients with oral cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with oral and maxillofacial cancer from December 2019 to December 2020 treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University,the patients were seleced and divided into the control group (50 cases)and the test group (50 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing care,the test group were treated with FTS nursing,the psychological status，postoperative tracheal cannula days,postoperative hospitalization days,satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of depression and anxiety in the test group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The days of endotracheal intubation and hospitalization in the test group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing skills,nursing level,nursing attitude,nursing safety and other 4 aspects of satisfaction scores in the teat group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion FTS nursing can improve the mental state of patients with oral cancer,reduce the days of tracheal cannulation and hospitalization after operation,and obtain higher satisfaction.
