Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of optimizing emergency nursing on the rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and the influence of emergency success rate. Methods A total of 70 patients with AMI admitted to Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by computer two color ball grouping method, 35 cases in each group. The observation group was given optimized emergency nursing, while the control group was given routine nursing. The rescue time, disability rate, mortality rate, neurological function and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups. Results The time from calling for help to rescue and from calling for help to formal treatment in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The disability rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the mortality rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences between BI index and national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score in the two groups before nursing (P>0.05); after nursing, BI index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of optimizing emergency nursing in the rescue of patients with AMI is significant, the success rate of first aid is high, and the scheme is worthy of promotion.
