Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on mental condition and activity of daily living in patients with brain trauma.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with brain trauma who were admitted to Shangrao People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province from March 2019 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical data of 40 patients with routine nursing were classified in the control group,and the clinical data of 40 patients with routine nursing and rehabilitation nursing were classified in the observation group.The mental condition,score of activity of daily living scale (ADL),and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the two groups before intervention,the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The score of ADL in observation group was higher than that in the control group after intervention,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of the control group after intervention,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing in patients with brain trauma has better effects,it can relieve anxiety and depression,improve activity of daily living,and increase nursing satisfaction of patients.
