Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of holistic rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods A total of 50 patients with CHD treated in our hospital from February to December 2018 were selected as subjects of study and divided into routine group (n=25) and intervention group (n=25) according to lottery method.The routine group was given general nursing in cardiology department, and the intervention group was given holistic rehabilitation nursing on this basis.The anxiety, depression, quality of life scores and total nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the physical function, psychological status, independent ability, social relationship, living environment and mental support scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After intervention, the physical function and psychology status, independence, social relations, living environment, and spiritual sustenance scores were higher than those before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention, the intervention group′s physical function, psychological status, independence, social relations, the living environment and mental sustenance scores were higher than those of the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention, the nursing total satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing of patients with CHD can effectively alleviate their anxiety, depression, improve the quality of life, and thus improve the satisfaction of nursing.It is worth clinical promoting.
