Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of preoperative breathing nursing on lung cancer patients before surgery and its effect on postoperative lung function and prognostic factor levels of lung cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected and divided into the control group (n=40) and the study group (n=40) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing intervention.Respiratory training ass used 1-2 weeks before the operation in the study group. One week after operation, the forced vital capacity (FVC%), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1%), vascular endothelial cell growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and total complications between two groups were compared. Results The FVC% and FEV1% in the study group were higher than those in the control group after surgery, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of VEGFR2 and VEGF in the study group after surgery were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications (2.50%) in the study group was lower than that in the control group (15.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperative application effect of respiratory nursing special care can effectively improve lung function and lung cancer prognostic factor levels in patients with lung cancer, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
