Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of hospital-community-family rehabilitation nursing model on hemiplegic patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety-eight hemiplegic patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Dalian Central Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method, with 49 in each group. The control group implemented routine nursing intervention, and the study group implemented the hospital-community-family rehabilitation nursing model for a period of 6 months. The psychological status, neurological function and daily living ability of the two groups before and after 6 months nursing were compared. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in the pre-nursing self-rating depression scale (SDS),the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),the National Institutes of Health stroke scale (NIHSS),and the Barthel index (BI) scores (P>0.05).After nursing, the SDS score,SAS score and NIHSS score of the study group were (41.19±7.02),(40.57±7.66),and (6.05±2.29) points, which were lower than those of the control group for (45.82±8.35),(45.27±7.82),(7.78±2.82) points;the BI score of the study group was (74.31±9.11) points, which was higher than that of the control group for (69.07±8.54) points, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital-community-family rehabilitation nursing model is conducive to improving the psychological state of hemiplegic patients with acute cerebral infarction, promoting the recovery of neurological function and improving their daily living ability. It is worthy of popularization and application.
