Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of postpartum rehabilitation nursing on lactation and uterine involution of parturients undergoing cesarean section. Methods A total of 60 parturients who underwent cesarean section delivery in our hospital from October 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The parturients in the control group were given routine postpartum nursing, and those in the observation group were given postpartum rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The postpartum lactation, uterine involution and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The lactation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The lactation condition of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportions of the observation group with the height of uterine fundus≤4 transverse fingers and the thickness of endometrium≤10 mm were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence rates of postpartum hemorrhage and serous lochia were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total incidence rate of postpartum complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Postpartum rehabilitation nursing can improve the lactation of caesarean section parturients, promote the uterine involution, and reduce the incidence of complications.
