Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of free posture in natural childbirth. Methods A total of 100 pregnant women in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the experimental group.Another 100 pregnant women in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group. The control group was given traditional bed position for delivery, while the experimental group was given free position for delivery. The total length of labor, natural delivery rate, cesarean section rate and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The first, second and total stages of labor in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the experimental group was 97.00%,higher than 80.00% in the control group, and the cesarean section rate in the experimental group was 3.00%,lower than 20.00% in the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 8.00%,lower than that in the control group for 38.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Free position can shorten the average length of the first stage of labor and labor, increase the proportion of natural delivery, reduce cesarean section and medical intervention, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
