Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of application effect of the accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)in repairing foot wounds of diabetic(DF)patients with pedicled flap. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,60 DF patients admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the control group(n=30)and the experimental group(n=30)according to the random number table method. The control group used the conventional measures while the experimental group used the measures of the ERAS during the perioperative period. The indexes such as the total rate of complications, postoperative pain score, blood glucose level, defecation time, hospital stay and flap survival rate between the two groups were compared between two groups. Results The total rate of complications, postoperative pain score and blood glucose level were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group, and the defecation time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group, and the flap survival rate was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of DF patients with pedicled flaps, the application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery ERAS perioperative management can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications, improve the flap survival rate and promote rapid recovery after surgery.
