Abstract:Diabetes is a common endocrine and metabolic disease which is one of the most important chronic diseases threatening human health.In addition to conventional therapy,healthmanagement plays an important role in effectively reducing the development of diabetes and its complications.This article reviews the healthmanagement elements of diabetes,aiming to promote the formation of a virtuous cycle of"health management-regularmonitoring-prevention and control-control of blood sugar",and further provide ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.
