Effect of Fluvoxamine Maleate Tablets combined with low-dose Mirtazapine Tablets on depressive symptoms,physical pain and quality of life in patients with depression with physical pain

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Fluvoxamine Maleate Tablets combined with low-dose Mirtazapine Tablets on depressive symptoms,physical pain and quality of life in patients with depression with physical pain.Methods From July 2019 to August 2020,a total of 80 patients with depression and physical pain who were admitted to the Department of Psychiatry,the Third People′s Hospital of Ganzhou were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used Fluvoxamine Maleate Tablets,and the observation group used low-dose Mirtazapine Tablets in addition to the control group.The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),visual analogue scale(VAS)and the 36-Item short form health survey(SF-36)score changes between the two groups during treatment were compared,and adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of the two groups were counted.Results At 2,4,6 and 8 weeks after treatment,the HAMD and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the SF-36 scores were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion For depression patients with physical pain symptoms,the use of Fluvoxamine Maleate Tablets combined with low-dose Mirtazapine Tablets can effectively improve the patient′s depression,relieve body pain,improve quality of life without increasing complications Rate and safety are high.
