针刺结合穴位注射对紧张型头痛间歇期焦虑状态的影响

摘要目的探讨针刺结合天麻素注射液穴位注射对紧张型头痛（TTH）间歇期焦虑状态的影响。方法选取2018年9月～2020年1月湖南中医药大学第三附属医院收治的80例TTH 间歇期患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组，每组各40例。试验组患者采用针刺结合天麻素注射液穴位注射治疗，对照组患者采用针刺结合生理盐水穴位注射治疗。比较两组患者的症状评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分及治疗总有效率。结果治疗前，两组患者的症状评分、HAMA评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的症状评分、HAMA评分均低于治疗前，试验组患者的症状评分、HAMA评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在TTH 间歇期予针刺结合天麻素注射液穴位注射治疗，可以明显改善患者的焦虑状态，缓解症状，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of acupuncture combined with Gastrodin Injection acupoint injection on anxiety state of tension-type headache (TTH) during the interval.Methods A total of 80 patients with anxiety state of TTH during the interval who were admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was given acupuncture combined with Gastrodin Injection acupoint injection,and the control group was given acupuncture combined with normal saline acupoint injection.The symptom score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in symptom score and HAMA score between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).After treatment,the symptom score and HAMA score in the two group were lower than those before treatment,the symptom score and HAMA score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Gastrodin Injection acupoint injection during the interval of TTH can obviously improve the anxiety state of patients and alleviate the symptoms,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
