小针刀联合超声波治疗顽固性肩周炎的临床效果

摘要目的探讨小针刀联合超声波治疗顽固性肩周炎的临床效果。方法选取2017年7月～2018年8月我院收治的120例顽固性肩周炎患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各60例。对照组采用针刺治疗，治疗组采用小针刀联合超声波治疗，两组患者在治疗过程中均进行自主功能锻炼，疗程结束后比较两组患者的总有效率、治疗前后的肩关节功能评分和治疗前后视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为96.6%，高于对照组的83.3%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后的肩关节功能评分、VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论小针刀联合超声波治疗顽固性肩周炎疗效显著，有效改善患者病变部位疼痛、功能受限的范围，值得临床推广运用。

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of small needle scalpel combined with ultrasound in the treatment of intractable periarthritis of shoulder.Methods A total of 120 patients with intractable periarthritis of shoulder treated in our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the subjects,and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture treatment,while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture with ultrasonic wave,autonomic functional exercises were carried out in both groups.After the treatment,the total effective rate,shoulder joint function score before and after treatment and visual analogue scale (VAS)scores before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.6%,which was higher than that of the control group(83.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the shoulder function scores and VAS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Small needle scalpel combined with ultrasound is effective in the treatment of intractable periarthritis of shoulder,it can effectively improve the pain in lesion of patients and the scope of limited function,which is worthy of promotion and application.
