Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation on the efficacy of cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 180 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were selected as study subjects and divided into treatment group(60 cases),positive control group(60 cases)and negative control group (60 cases)according to random number table method. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation on the basis of routine treatment, the positive control group was treated with rehabilitation on the basis of conventional treatment, and the negative control group was treated with conventional treatment. The clinical efficiency,NIHSS score, quality of life, and cystatin C(Cys-C),C-reactive protein(CRP),homocysteine (Hcy)levels were compared of the three groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.33%,which was higher than that of the negative control group(71.67%)and the positive control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the neurological deficit scores in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The neurological deficit scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the yin and positive control groups. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the MBI score in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The MBI score in the treatment group was higher than that in the negative and positive control groups. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cystatin C,C-reactive protein and homocysteine in the treatment group were lower than those in the negative and positive control groups, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation has higher clinical value in patients with cerebral infarction and can improve the quality of life on the basis of improving neurological function. It is worth applying and popularizing.
