Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application of acupuncture and TCM nursing care after the orthopedics surgery.Methods From June 2016 to November 2017,80 patients with orthopedic limb postoperative pain in our hospital were selected as the research object,and divided into control group and study group by digital parity method,40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing,while the control group was treated with routine treatment.The analgesic effect of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in NRS scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).The NRS scores of 12,24 h and 3 d after treatment in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of quality of life and satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined method of acupuncture and TCM nursing care can quickly relieve the pain,reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions,shorten the treatment time,improve the life quality and increase the patient′s satisfaction.
