Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of evidence-based nursing intervention on the prevention of deep venous catheter-related complications in hemodialysis patients. Methods From September 2015 to September 2017,92 cases of hemodialysis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,46 cases in each group. The control group received routine dialysis nursing intervention during the treatment of indwelling deep venous catheter.Evidence-based nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group during the treatment of indwelling deep venous catheter. The number of complications, the improvement of renal function before and after nursing intervention, and the satisfaction of clinical nursing during the treatment of hemodialysis patients with indwelling deep venous catheter were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement range of renal function related indexes in the observation group after nursing intervention was greater than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of clinical nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For hemodialysis patients during deep venous catheter indwelling,evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of related complications, greatly improve the renal function and increase the patient′s satisfaction on nursing services.
