Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of Zhuimaihuichun Decoction combined with acupuncture treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods80 cases with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type treated by our department from January 2014 to August 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Zhuimaihuichun Decoction while the observation group was treated with Zhuimaihuichun Decoction combined with acupuncture.The blood velocity of left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery and basilar artery,and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups.ResultsIn the obser vation group,the blood velocity of left vertebral artery[(34.50±7.20)cm/s],right vertebral artery[(35.16±8.20)cm/s]and basilar artery[(45.50±10.85)cm/s]were better than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(62.50%)(P<0.05).ConclusionZhuimaihuichun Decoction combined with acupuncture treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type has a significant clinical effect.
