Clinical effect of bee acupuncture in the treatment of non-specific low back pain on cold dampness type

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of bee acupuncture in the treatment of non-specific low back pain on cold dampness type.Methods A total of 68 low back pain on cold dampness type patients admitted to the Chinese Medicine Department of Heilongjiang Red Cross (Songong General) Hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into observation group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases) according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with bee acupuncture, the control group was treated with acupuncture, the two groups were treated 24 times.The treatment effect, visual analog scale (VAS)score and Japan orthopaedic association (JOA) score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the VAS score of the two groups was lower than before treatment, the JOA score was higher than before treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the JOA score was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Bee acupuncture therapy for cold-wet non-specific low back pain can improve the treatment effect of patients, alleviate the pain level of patients, and improve the lumbar spine function of patients.
