Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of narrow-spectrum intense pulsed laser combined with Kecuoyintong Gel in the treatment of inflammatory acne. Methods A total of 174 patients with inflammatory acne treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 87 cases in each group. In the observation group, patients were treated with narrow-spectrum intense pulsed laser combining with Kecuoyintong Gel. In the control group, patients were treated with Kecuoyintong Gel alone. The clinical effects, adverse reactions, and skin lesion scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 98.85%, higher than that of the control group accounting for 91.95%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. There was no significant difference in the skin lesion scores of the two groups ([27.28±4.97]points vs. [27.27±4.96]points) before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the skin lesion score of the observation group was (8.85±2.44) points, lower than that of the control group for (11.32±2.76) points, with statistical difference (P<0.05).The lesion scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, with statistical differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of narrow-spectrum intense pulsed laser and Kecuoyintong Gel shows more obvious effects and can better inhibit adverse reactions, which is applicable to large-scale clinical promotion.
