Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of retinal detachment. Methods From August 2016 to April 2019,200 patients with retinal detachment in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group (n=100) and the observation group (n=100) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with drug conservative treatment, and the observation group was treated with laser photocoagulation. The visual field changes, visual acuity and intraocular pressure levels, clinical outcomes, and the incidence rates of complication were compared between the two groups. Results The average visual acuity of (MS) and the incidence rates of complication in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the average defect value (MD),visual acuity, intraocular pressure and total clinical effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser photocoagulation is effective in patients with retinal detachment, the visual acuity is obviously recovered, the postoperative complications are few,and the popularization value is high.
