Abstract：Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on postpartum depression.Methods A total of 70 patients with postpartum depression admitted to the Fourth People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as research objects, and were divided into the control group and the study group according to difference nursing plan, 35 cases in each group.Routine nursing mode was used in the control group, and psychological intervention was used in the study group on the basis of the control group.Clinical overall impression scale (CGI-SI), serum estradiol content, progesterone content, nursing satisfaction, Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing, there were no statistically significant differences in CGI-SI, HAMD, HAMA scores, estradiol, progesterone levels and nursing satisfaction between the two groups (P＞0.05).After nursing, CGI-SI, HAMD, HAMA scores, estradiol and progesterone levels in the two groups were lower those before nursing, the CGI-SI, HAMD, HAMA scores, estradiol and progesterone levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After nursing, the total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.7%, higher than that of the control group(80.0%), with statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Combined with psychological intervention in the nursing of postpartum depression patients can effectively improve the negative mood of patients, and abnormal hormone levels, significantly improve nursing satisfaction.Therefore, the nursing model is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
