Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of 6A nursing mode in improving patients with enhanced CT scan. Methods A total of 430 patients who underwent enhanced CT scan in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method, 215 cases in each group. In the control group, conventional nursing measure was adopted, and in the experimental group, the 6A nursing model on this basis was adopted. The total incidence of adverse reactions, anxiety symptoms, and nursing satisfaction between the two groups after intervention were compared. Results After nursing, the total incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In the experimental group, patients′ total satisfaction on service attitude, service measures, professional skills, work flow, waiting time, and health education was better than that in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The 6A nursing mode reduces the incidence of adverse reactions in patients undergoing enhanced CT scanning, and improves anxiety symptoms and nursing satisfaction.
