Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of integrated standardized management of medical care in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) after orthopedic surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients with major orthopedic surgery in Jingdezhen Second People′s Hospital from July 2018 to April 2020 were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the study group according to the different nursing management modes. The control group adopted the routine nursing management mode, and the study group adopted the standardized management mode of integrated medical care. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis, postoperative hospitalization days, nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance rate were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of DVT in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the postoperative hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group, and the compliance and satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of standardized nursing management mode to patients undergoing orthopedic surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of DVT, shorten the days of hospitalization after operation, improve the nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
