Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of the fast recovery (FTS) concept in the nursing of patients undergoing lung cancer surgery. Methods A total of 82 lung cancer patients who underwent surgical treated in Jiangxi Provincial Cancer Hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method, 41 cases in each group. The control group implements traditional intervention measures, and the intervention group implements the intervention measures of FTS concept, and both care until the patients are discharged. The stress response, hospitalization time, nursing satisfaction and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results At 12 h after operation, the mean arterial pressure (MAP) level of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The hospital stay in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The postoperative total complication rate in the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The FTS concept can reduce the postoperative stress response of lung cancer patients, shorten the hospital stay, improve patient care satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
