优质护理在颅内动脉瘤患者中的应用价值

摘要目的研究优质护理在颅内动脉瘤患者中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月～2020年1月江西省上饶市人民医院收治的80 例颅内动脉瘤患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用优质护理。比较两组的依从性、护理满意度、生活质量评分（SF-36）及并发症发生情况。结果观察组干预1 周后依从性总优良率为95.00%，高于对照组的82.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组干预1 周后护理总满意度为97.50%，高于对照组的75.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组干预前的精力、躯体疼痛、情感职能、生理职能、生理功能、社会功能、情感健康、总体健康评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，两组的精力、躯体疼痛、情感职能、生理职能、生理功能、社会功能、情感健康、总体健康评分高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组的并发症总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论颅内动脉瘤术后患者实施优质护理能显著提升其治疗依从性，提高护理满意度及患者的生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To study the application value of high quality nursing in patients with intracranial aneurysm.Methods Eighty patients with intracranial aneurysm treated in Shangrao People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as research subjects,and were divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)by the random number table method.Routine nursing was applied to the control group,and high quality nursing was applied to the observation group.The compliance,nursing satisfaction,life quality score(SF-36)and complication occurrence in the two groups were compared.Results The total good rate of compliance after one week of intervention in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(82.50%),with statistical difference(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of intervention after one week in the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(75.00%),with statistical difference(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores in terms of vitality,body pain,role emotional,role physical,physiological function,social function,emotional health or general health before the intervention in the two groups(P＞0.05).The scores in terms of vitality,body pain,role emotional,role physical,physiological function,social function,emotional health or general health after the intervention in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The scores in terms of vitality,body pain,role emotional,role physical,physiological function,social function,emotional health or general health after the intervention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total occurrence rate of complications in the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing after surgery for intracranial aneurysm can significantly improve the treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and life quality of patients.
