持续随访联合健康宣教对艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗耐受性及依从性的影响

摘要目的探讨持续随访联合健康宣教对艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗耐受性及依从性的影响。方法选取2018年10月～2019年4月在抚州市第一人民医院诊治的80 例艾滋病患者，按照研究方法的不同分为对照组（n=40）与观察组（n=40）。对照组采用健康宣教模式，观察组采用持续随访联合健康宣教，观察两组患者的负面情绪、自我效能、耐受性、Morisky 依从性。结果观察组护理后的自我效能评分高于对照组，焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的紧张恐惧、抵触发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的主动告知、坦然面对发生率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论持续随访联合健康宣教可明显提高艾滋病患者的抗病毒治疗耐受性、依从性，缓解患者的负面情绪，提高自我效能，应用价值高。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of continuous follow-up combined with health education on the tolerance and compliance of anti viral treatment in acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients.Methods A total of 80 AIDS patients from October 2018 to April 2019 in Fuzhou First People′s Hospital were selected and divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to different research methods.The control group adopted health education mode,and the observation group adopted continuous follow-up combined with health education.The negative emotions,self-efficacy,tolerance and Morisky compliance of the two groups were observed.Results The self-efficacy score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rates of tension,fear and conflict in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P＜0.05).The incidence rates of active informing and facing frankly in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P＜0.05).The compliance of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuous follow-up combined with health education can significantly improve the tolerance and compliance of antiviral treatment in AIDS patients,alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve self-efficacy,and have high application value.
