Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of perioperative psychological nursing on excimer femtosecond laser surgery for myopia.Methods A total of 81 patients with myopic admitted to Dalian Third People′s Hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=41) by grasping balls.Patients in the control group received routine perioperative nursing,and in the observation group,psychological nursing was added on the basis of the control group.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),selfrating depression scale (SDS) and Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC),compliance rate with medical treatment,diopter,uncorrected visual acuity were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the CD-RISC score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total compliance rate in the observation group was 97.6%,higher than that of the control group,accounting for 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The diopter and uncorrected visual acuity between the two groups had no significant differences(P＞0.05).Conclusion Perioperative psychological nursing has a significant effect on treating myopia using excimer femtosecond laser surgery.It can reduce patients′ negative emotions and increase their medical treatment compliance,which is worthy of promotion.
