强化心理干预对不孕症患者行辅助生殖技术治疗过程中心理状况及家庭功能的影响

摘要目的探讨强化心理干预对不孕症患者行辅助生殖技术治疗过程中心理状况及家庭功能的影响。方法选择2018年8月～2019年8月于江门市妇幼保健院行体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）的88 例不孕症患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各44 例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上强化心理干预。比较两组干预前后心理状况及干预后的妊娠率。结果干预前，两组的焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、家庭功能评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，两组SAS、SDS 评分均低于干预前，家庭功能评分高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预后，观察组SAS、SDS 评分低于对照组，家庭功能评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组妊娠率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论强化心理干预能够明显改善不孕症患者行辅助生殖技术治疗过程中的心理状况及家庭功能，并提高妊娠率，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of intensive psychological intervention on psychological status and family function of infertile patients during assisted reproductive technology treatment.Methods A total of 88 infertile patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transplantation(IVF-ET)in Jiangmen Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control and observation groups according to the random number table method,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group received psychological intervention on this basis.The psychological status before and after the intervention and the pregnancy rate after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and family function scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After the intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of family function were higher than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of family function was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Strengthening psychological intervention can significantly improve the psychological status and family function of patients with infertility during the treatment of assisted reproductive technology,and improve the pregnancy rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
