Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on hysteroscopic nursing in patients with intrauterine adhesions and infertility.Methods A total of 76 patients with intrauterine adhesions and infertility who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the study group according to random number table method, 38 cases in each group.The conventional group used the routine nursing mode, and the study group was combined with the continuous nursing model based on the routine group.The mental health, disease cognition and menstrual recovery were compared between the two groups.Complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The mental health, disease cognition and menstrual status of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group, the total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the conventional group.Moreover, the nursing total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery in patients with intrauterine adhesions and infertility develops a continuous nursing mode, which can effectively improve the patient′s psychological state, improve the awareness of the disease and satisfaction of the nursing, and the effect is obvious.
