Clinical effect of inserting balloon+ring+anti-adhesion membrane after transcervial resection of intrauterine adhesion

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of inserting balloon+ring+anti-adhesion membrane after transcervial resection of intrauterine adhesion.Methods A total of 50 cases of patients with intrauterine adhesion admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with transcervial resection of intrauterine adhesion,the control group was treated with postoperative intrauterine balloon implantation,and the observation group was treated with inserting balloon+ring+anti-adhesion membrane.The clinical efficacy and uterine cavity morphology of the two groups were compared,the menstrual volume,increased menstrual volume,less menstrual volume and amenorrhea rate were counted,and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The normal rate of uterine cavity morphology in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the basic normal rate and the rate of re-adhesion were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The observation group had more menstrual volume than the control group,the increased rate of menstrual volume was higher than the control group,the less menstrual volume and amenorrhea rate were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).No adverse reactions such as infection,fever,uterine perforation,and incarcerated IUD were found in the two groups.Conclusion In the treatment of intrauterine adhesion of inserting balloon+ring+anti-adhesion membrane after transcervial resection of intrauterine adhesion can effectively improve the surgical effect,restore the uterine cavity shape,reduce the rate of re-adhesion,improve the menstrual situation,and has a higher safety,with positive clinical significance.
