Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of low-dose Aspirin combined with artificial insemination of husband in uterine cavity on endometrial receptivity and pregnancy rate in patients with unexplained infertility. Methods A total of 88 patients with unexplained infertility treated in Dalian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects, random number table method was used to divide them into control group and observation group,44 cases in each group. The control group was used artificial insemination of husband in uterine cavity, and the observation group was used low-dose Aspirin combined with artificial insemination of husband in uterine cavity. The endometrial receptivity and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in endometrial thickness (Em),pulse index (PI) and resistance index (RI) between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,Em levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment, while PI and RI in both groups were lower than those before treatment, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,Em in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while PI and RI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).There were no significant difference in pregnancy rates between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment (P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose Aspirin combined with artificial insemination of husband in uterine cavity can effectively improve endometrial receptivity of patients with unexplained infertility and increase pregnancy rate, with higher application value.
