Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of Atorvastatin combined with Aspirin in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 110 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the average classification method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Aspirin. The observation group was treated with Atorvastatin in combination with Aspirin. The treatment effect, blood lipid levels, duration of angina pectoris, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of triglyceride, serum total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of angina pectoris in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with Aspirin in the treatment of coronary heart disease can improve the clinical effect of patients with coronary heart disease, which is worthy of popularization and application.
