Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Zhigancao Decoction on blood lipid and hemorheology in patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Fifty patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease who were treated in Fuxin Trauma Emergency Hospital from May 2014 to May 2019 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine, while the study group was treated with Zhigancao Decoction on the basis of the control group. The blood lipid (total cholesterol [TC], triacylglycerol[TG], low density lipoprotein cholesterol [LDL-C]) levels and hemorheology before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After 1 month of treatment, the levels of TC, TG, and LDL-C in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 month of treatment, the whole blood viscosity high-cut, plasma viscosity, and hematocrit of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhigancao Decoction can effectively reduce the blood lipid levels of patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, improve hemorheology, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
