Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of exercise rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia admitted to Fuzhou First People′s Hospital, Jiangxi Province from May 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of their admission, 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were implemented with routine nursing, and in the observation group, patients were added with exercise rehabilitation nursing. The motor function rating scale (Fugl-Meyer) score, Barthel index and muscle strength of the two groups were compared before and after nursing intervention. Results There were no significant differences in Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index between the two groups before intervention (P >0.05).After intervention, the Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in muscle strength classification between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).After the intervention, the muscle strength classification in observation group was better than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The exercise rehabilitation nursing can markedly improve the limb motor function of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia and increase muscle strength, which is recommended for promotion.
