Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of cardiac rehabilitation nursing management in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods From September 2017 to December 2018, 82 patients with PCI were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method, 41 cases in each group.Routine nursing was carried out in the control group and cardiac rehabilitation nursing management was carried out in the experimental group.quality of life, incidence of adverse cardiovascular events and satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before the intervention (P>0.05); the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the experimental group after 8 months of intervention were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the total incidence of adverse vascular events in the experimental group (9.76%) was lower than that in the control group (39.02%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the total satisfaction of the experimental group (95.12%) was higher than that of the control group (78.05%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation nursing management can improve the quality of life of patients after PCI, reduce the incidence of adverse vascular events, improve satisfaction, and effectively promote postoperative rehabilitation, which is worthy of application.
