自制肩托式腋冰袋在腋臭术后的应用效果

摘要目的探讨自制肩托式腋冰袋在腋臭术后的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年5月我院收治的96例腋臭手术患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（n=48）和观察组（n=48）。对照组给予常规冰袋冰敷，观察组给予自制肩托式腋冰袋冰敷，比较两组治疗后临床效果及冷敷后2、12、24 h对两种冰敷护理的满意度。结果观察组冷敷后2、12、24 h的满意度均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗优良率为97.92%（47/48），显著高于对照组的75.00%（36/48），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论肩拖式腋冰袋能提高患者治疗效果以及满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of self-made shoulder-type ice pack after bromhidrosis surgery.Methods A total of 96 patients with bromhidrosis surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected as subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group (n=48)and observation group (n=48)according to random number table method.The control group was given conventional ice packs,and the observation group was given self-made shoulder-type ice packs.The clinical efficacy and the satisfaction of the two types of ice pack at 2,12 and 24 h after care were compared.Results The satisfaction of the observation group at 2,12 and 24 h after cold compress was significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The excellent rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.92%(47/48),which was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.00% [36/48]）,the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Shoulder-type ice packs can improve patients′outcomes and satisfaction.
