Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danhong Injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.Methods A total of 80 cases of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected as the objects，and the patients were divided into the control group （n=40）and the observation group （n=40）according to the treatment method.Patients in the control group underwent routine treatment，and patients in the observation group received conventional treatment combined with Danhong Injection.The therapeutic effect，blood lipids，C-reactive protein，improvement of electrocardiogram and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.0%（36/40），which was significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 70.0% （28/40），and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.There were no significant differences in the levels of total cholesterol，triglyceride，low-density lipoprotein，high-density lipoprotein，and C-reactive protein between the two groups before treatment （P＞0.05）.The levels of total cholesterol，triglyceride，and C-reactive protein after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment，the levels of low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein were significantly higher than those before treatment，and the differences were statistically significant （P＜0.05）.The levels of total cholesterol，triglyceride，low-density lipoprotein，and C-reactive protein after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group，the level of high-density lipoprotein was higher than that in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P＜0.05）.The total improvement rate of electrocardiogram in the observation group was 70.0% （28/40），which was significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 50.0% （20/40），and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups （P＞0.05）.Conclusion Danhong Injection can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and electrocardiogram of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris，and it does not increase the adverse reactions of patients.
