Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing intervention of Knowledge Attitude Belief practice(KABP)in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were routinely examined in our hospital from January to June 2018 were selected as the subjects,and divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the different ways of nursing intervention,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group was given nursing intervention of KABP.The differences in health behavior,blood glucose and weight control between the two groups of pregnant women were compared.Results The scores of healthy behaviors of pregnant women in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,the fasting blood glucose and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels were lower than those in the control group,the weight gain during pregnancy and body mass index (BMI)before delivery of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of KABP can help pregnant women establish good health behaviors,which is beneficial to pregnant women to better control blood glucose and body weight during pregnancy,thus improving pregnancy outcomes.This method is worthy of clinical application.
