Application effect of reforming surgical nursing teaching mode in clinical probation teaching of surgical nursing

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of reforming surgical nursing teaching mode in clinical probation teaching of surgical nursing.Methods A total of 100 interns of brain surgery department of Hongqi Hospital affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases).The observation group adopted the reform of surgical nursing teaching mode, while the control group adopted the conventional teaching mode.The assessment scores, case analysis scores, skill operation scores and total teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical scores of surgical interns in the observation group were (97.01±0.21) points, higher than (69.01±1.15) points in the control group , with statistical significance (P<0.05).The score of surgical interns in the observation group was (90.12±1.01) points, which was higher than (75.11±1.85) points in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The case analysis of surgical interns in the observation group was (89.45±1.25) points, higher than that in the control group (70.11±1.02) points, with statistical significance (P<0.05);the skill operation of surgical interns in the observation group was (91.45±1.28) points, higher than that in the control group(75.01±1.18) points, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Through the application of the reform of surgical nursing teaching mode, the teaching effect has been remarkable, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
