Abstract:Objective To study the correlation between hypentensive disorder complicatine pregnancy(HDCP)and maternal pregnancy diet.Methods A total of 92 patients with PIH treated in our hospital from January to December in 2017 were selected as HDCP group.In the same period,90 normal pregnant women(normal pregnant group)were selected for control and observation.The correlation of dietary factors and HDCP was analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the daily intake of meat and salt,diet control,and body weight between the two groups (P<0.05).The above-mentioned differences were brought into the Logistic regression equation and found that the amount of daily meat and salt(r=0.638),diet control and body overweight were all related factors causing HDCP patients.There was a positive correlation between the amount of meat and salt(r=0.638)and body weight(r=0.713)and HDCP during pregnancy,and a negative correlation between diet control(r=-0.611)and HDCP was detected.Conclusion The onset of HDCP is closely related to the dietary habits of the pregnant women during pregnancy.Excessive intake of meat and salt,and uncontrolled diet are the main risk factors for hypertension.In clinical practice,besides active treatment,intervention on the maternal dietary habits can play an adjuvant role.
