Abstract:Objective To analyze the correlation factors of anovulatory dysfunctional metrorrhagia induced by menopausal transition. Methods Altogether 64 cases of patients with anovulatory dysfunctional metrorrhagia induced by menopausal transition who were treated in our hospital from January to December in 2017 were selected as the object of this research.Under the circumstances of informed consent,a self-made questionnaire was used to understand the patients′general information, medical history and related clinical information so as to analyze the correlation factors of anovulatory dysfunctional metrorrhagia induced by menopausal transition.ResultsThe patients with anovulatory dysfunctional metrorrhagia induced by menopausal transition of two groups had statistically significant difference in the hyperlipidemia history, childbearing history, abortion history, lactation history, family history, body mass index and waist-to-hip ratio(P<0.05).The hyperlipidemia history, family history, body mass index and waist-to-hip ratio were associated with anovulatory dysfunctional metrorrhagia induced by menopausal transition. The main manifestations were that the hyperlipidemia history, family history, growing body mass index and growing waist-to-hip ratio could increase the risk of anovulatory dysfunctional metrorrhagia induced by menopausal transition. Conclusion There are many relevant factors in the anovulatory dysfunctional metrorrhagia induced by menopausal transition, including the hyperlipidemia history, family history, growing body mass index and growing waist-to-hip ratio.Proactive prevention should be carried out to reduce the incidence of anovulatory dysfunctional metrorrhagia induced by menopausal transition.
