Abstract:Objective To analyze the influence factors of prior infection and its correlation with cerebral infarction at the different time periods. Methods From August 2013 to August 2017,66 cerebral infarction patients treated in our hospital were selected as study group. They were divided into infection group(14 cases)and non-infection group(52 cases). The influence factors of prior infection were analyzed. In addition,66 patients without cerebral infarction were selected as control group. At the different time periods, the correlation of prior infection with cerebral infarction was analyzed. Results The history of diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease in infection group and non-infection group was significantly different(P<0.05).According to the Logistic regression equation,it was known that the influence factors of cerebral infarction included the history of diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease.Within 3 d of the prior attack, the infection rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).At the other time periods, the infection rate of study group and control group was not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion According to the influence factors of the cerebral infarction, the patients complicated with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease are easy to have the infection.Within 3 d of the prior attack, the infection rate for cerebral infarction patients is higher than non-cerebral infarction patients.
