Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Edaravone combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods By random number table method,48 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were divided into the control group and the experimental group,24 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Clopidogrel alone, and the experimental group was treated with Edaravone combined with Clopidogrel. The total effective rate, neurological deficit(NHISS)score, activities of daily living(Barthel)score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.ResultsThe total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After the treatment, the score of neurological deficit and the activity score of daily living in the two groups were significantly different. The NHISS scores and Barthel scores of the experimental groups were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction,Edaravone combined with Clopidogrel treatment effect is significant, can improve the neurological function defect score, worthy of promotion and application in the future.
