Abstract:Objective To analyze the two-way application value of ECG and blood pressure monitoring system of our hospital and community medical system.Methods All of 3000 suspected patients with hypertension or arrhythmias were selected from September 2015 to June 2017.All patients were performed evaluating state of an illness using the electrocardiogram(ECG)and blood pressure monitoring system,and the application effect of separately ECG or blood pressure monitoring system (control group)and ECG combined with blood pressure monitoring system (observation group)was compared.Results The detection rate of hypertension and arrhythmia in the observation group was higher than those of the the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of malignant hypertension,severe arrhythmia and myocardial infarction in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disability rate and mortality rate of the observation group was 0.87%,0.37%respectively,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.40%,1.53%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionTwo-way application effect of ECG and blood pressure monitoring system of Central Hospital of Baoan District and community medical system is obvious,which can effectively improve the detection rate of hypertension and arrhythmia,and at the same time reduce the incidence of malignant hypertension,severe arrhythmia and myocardial infarction,and effectively reduce the morbidity and mortality.
