Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of 3D printing technique in pelvic fracture repair. Methods From January 2015 to May 2016,42 patients with pelvic fracture were selected as the research object. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 21 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group underwent CT scan before repair, and the pelvis model was printed with 3 D technology according to the size of 1:1 with the entity.the preoperative evaluation, planning and repair design were carried out.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional pelvic fracture repair methods. The pelvic fracture repair surgery, regular review of fracture healing and reduction were analyzed. Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative blood transfusion in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the operation time was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(0)was significantly lower than that in the control group(38.10%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.882,P=0.002).There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of reduction between the two groups(χ2=1.273,P=0.259).Conclusion For patients with pelvic fracture repair preoperative evaluation, planning and repair,3D printing technology can be used to determine the displacement of the fracture, facilitate the precise operation of the operation,is conducive to shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding,complications,etc.,3D printing technology can be effective for pelvic fracture repair preoperative evaluation and planning.
