Abstract：Cerebral infarction has a very high rate of disability and mortality,so early diagnosis and treatment of acute cerebral infarction is of great significance.With the development of various imaging technologies,the means of evaluating the condition of patients with acute cerebral infarction are increasing.This paper analyzes the imaging methods used for diagnosis of cerebral infarction in recent years,so as to explore the diagnostic value of different imaging methods for acute phase of cerebral infarction.
